6/3, 6/4, 6/6, 7/22, 7/3, 7/5, 7/23-25, 7/29, 7/31-8/1 8a-5p all shifts except Fri 7/5 is 8a-3p
DESCRIPTION:
Clinics for employees and their family members
Most clinics are on-site at businesses
Avg 2-3 patients per hour
Seeing patients ages 2+
Primary Care/Acute Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care possible
REQUIREMENTS
Active IL license
BLS and/or ACLS
2-3 yrs of experience in a clinical setting
