DESCRIPTION:
· Day coverage needed
· 8-10 Patients per day
· Ages 3 and up
· Light occupational health – pre-employment physicals and minor injuries
SCHEDULE:
Ardmore, OK:
Need: NP
When: 4/15 2p-6p with no lunch
4/16 8a-5p less 1 hr unpaid lunch
4/17 8a-5p less 1 hr unpaid lunch
Site details: Primary care services, ages 3 and up. Average 8-10 ppd. Light occupational health - DOT Certification preferred but not required.
REQUIRED:
· OK state license; active, unrestricted
· BLS Required
· DEA Required
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
· Malpractice insurance provided
