Your New Role:

Position: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent

Employer: Federally Qualified Community Health Center in Casa Grande, Arizona

Setting: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) clinical team specializing in mental health services

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Experience: New Grads Welcome

Patient Population: Across the lifespan, primarily adults aged 16 and above with some children

In this Role:

In your role as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in a facility in Pinal County, AZ, you'll provide medication services and oversee the team's direct clinical services delivery. Monitoring member status, participating in meetings and treatment planning, and meeting the psychiatric needs of your assigned caseload will be central to your responsibilities. You'll also support utilization management and quality improvement efforts, working collaboratively in a recovery-oriented environment guided by the Nine Guiding Principles for Recovery Oriented Adult Behavioral Health Services and Systems. Engaging with a high-acuity patient population across all age groups, your focus will be on delivering comprehensive mental health care and crisis intervention as necessary. Your contributions will play a vital role in the overall success and expansion of the ACT program, ensuring the delivery of top-notch patient care.
