- Setting: Urgent care and occupational medicine clinic
- Dates: June 24-Sept 13
- Schedule: 7:30a-5p M-F
- Scope of Practice: Urgent care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
- Experience: 2+ years of advanced practice UC and Occ Med experience
- License and certification: ME lic, DEA, BLS, (DOT preferred)
- Pay Rate: $80 per hour
