An outstanding Critical Access Hospital located just outside Escanaba, Michigan is seeking a full-time, permanent Home Health RN Case Manager to join their team. Details are below.
Pay: $30.56-$35.83/hour
$7,500 Sign on Bonus with Great Benefits and Amazing team!
Home Health RN Case Manager Job Opportunity:
- Monday-Friday shift
- No holidays or weekends
- Will provide skilled nursing care to patient at their home
- Must be able to evaluate a patient’s condition and provide quality care based on the patient needs
- Home Health car or mileage reimbursement may be available
Home Health RN Case Manager Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
- Licensed RN in the state of MI or multi-state license
- BLS Certification prior to start date
- Home Health RN Case Manager must be able to tolerate physical requirements to perform patient treatment
- Total driving area is about an hour radius from center point
- Must be able to evaluate a patient's condition and provide quality care based on the patient needs
