Job Description
Position: RN - Labor & Delivery
Employment Type: Full-time
Shifts: 12-hour shifts, Nights
Hospital Information: The Labor & Delivery unit is fast-paced and has 21 Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) rooms. The unit welcomes over 2,200 babies into the world each year. The unit consists of a level 3 NICU caring for high-risk infants. This dynamic environment provides opportunities from caring for the laboring patient, circulating in the OR, PACU services, and high-risk postpartum and OB triage patients seen for emergent conditions.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum Education - Associate's Degree
- California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
- National Provider NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
- 1 year of nursing experience in the Labor and Delivery Department.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: USD $97,000 to $156,000
