Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner - (ENP) Locum Tenens

Hospital located less than an hour from Tampa, Florida is seeking Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for six months. The city is known for it's history, festivals, golf courses and beautiful city parks. The shifts are twelve hours in length. EMR System is Meditech.

An emergency medicine nurse practitioner (ENP)(locum tenens) provides urgent and emergency care to patients within all age ranges. They are trained to manage trauma, chronic and acute illness, and to utilize life-saving technology to stabilize patients. ENPs generally work within hospital settings, ambulances, and urgent care facilities. An emergency medicine nurse practitioner helps decide where to refer patients for follow up care and collaborates with physicians to determine the best treatment plan available.

Required Qualifications

ACLS and PALS are required. Must be Board Certified with minimum 1 year ED experience. Must be comfortable working main ED and fast track.
