- need someone who is motivated, manageable, a team player and comfortable with flexible hours.
- Work will mostly be in an inpatient setting. They may need to split time between the hospital and a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- They will also be required to take a few cross-cover nights where they are on call but don't have to be present at the facility, except for an ICU admit. The night covers range between 4-5 a month and we average 16-18 working days a month.
- A typical shift lasts from 7a-7p, but we are pretty flexible in the sense that if they are done with their workload, they are free to leave as long as they are on call for the duration of their shift.
- Salary dependent on experience and qualifications but probably in the range of 80-100k.
