Job Description

All Medical Locum Tenens has an excellent position for a nurse practitioner in the greater Grand Rapids Area. Hours: Mon -Thurs 8am - 8pm Friday 8am - 5pm Must be a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and have a license in the State of Michigan ppd: 16-20 ages: 5-21 cases seen in your practice: School based urgent and primary care Immunizations • Acute care and chronic disease management • EPSDT/Well child exams • HIV and STD prevention and services • Dental outreach services • Health Education • Medicaid outreach and enrollment ss: 2 ma and the NP no pain or weight management EMR: Yes, Nextgen Escribe: Yes credentialing is required (less than 30 days) prescript: Yes DEA: Yes BLS required
