Only employees and their immediate family members are seen for acute episodic cases (i.e. coughs, colds, flus) no chronic visits or treatment. Work related injuries are sent to the nearest hospital or Urgent Care. Dates or start date: AVAILABLE NOW, ongoing per diem shifts, IMMEDIATE OPENING Shift times: daytime, 8-5 Patients per day: 15-25 Ages seen: 2+ years EMR: YES, proprietary software, customized highly functioning, physician friendly EMR, will train, EMR computer documentation skills preferred, paper charting may be available if assignment is less than 3 days. Support staff: very organized and friendly team of providers Procedures: NO in-office procedures DEA required: YES, and Prescriptive Authority Additional information: This is an ongoing need.
