Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to provide six months of coverage at least starting January 2, 2015 at the VA Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. Hours - Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, no call, no weekends. One hour appointments for new Veterans, thirty minute appointments for existing Veterans. Provider will see up to 14 patients per day, plus up to 4 walk-ins. Will see Primary Care to General Medicine patients as well as be available to consult with other members of the Medical Staff via telephone regarding emergency treatment of patients. ANY ACTIVE STATE LICENSE WILL SUFFICE. MUST HAVE BLS. Qualified candidates must not have any disciplinary actions from the past and prefer candidates with zero malpractice claims.
