(Archived) Employee Health Nurse Practitioner - Half Time or Full Time

Asante has a need for a Nurse Practitioner in Employee Health in beautiful Ashland, OR. This position can be half time or full time. The Employee Health NP applies assessment and treatment principles directed toward conserving the health and safety of employees by using a preventative approach in evaluation, health screening, immunization and education. Serves as liaison for work-related injuries/illnesses, fitness for duty and ADA issues between supervisors, employees, physicians, and insurer. Asante Employee Health focuses on the health and wellness needs of employees and their health.

Part-Time: 20 hrs/wk - Employee Health schedule is M - F, 8am - 12noon
Full time schedule: add in hours in our Family Medicine clinic in Ashland, OR, 1pm - 5pm, M - TH.

* Base Compensation - $60,000
* Signing Bonus - $5,000

* Base Compensation - $120,000
* Signing Bonus - $10,000

Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in Primary Care/Urgent Care. Employee Health or Occupational Medicine experience preferred. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships with all levels of employees and the physician community. Experience with personal computers and Microsoft office required.
