Asante is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (at least 1 year) to join our Primary Care team in Medford, Oregon. The Nurse Practitioner operates as an established medical authority in a collaborative care team environment with physicians.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of urgent care or emergency medicine is required.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Base salary of $120,000 per year
- Annual performance bonus incentives of up to $10,000
- $10,000 or $15,000 signing bonus DOE
- $10,000 relocation reimbursement
