Asante has a need for a part-time(.5)Nurse Practitioner in our Coumadin Clinic in Grants Pass, OR. The NP for the Coumadin Clinic provides professional health services through providing anticoagulation assessments on patients that are taking Coumadin or Warfarin, including a review of symptoms. This position will be working with a team of 3 other NPs and great support staff.

Education: Graduation from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.

Experience: Must have experience providing care for clients requiring anticoagulation therapy using Coumadin, administering Coumadin according to current evidence-based standards of practice. Experience in Coumadin therapy patient education is preferred. 1-2 years experience of independent practice as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
