I'm looking for your help. We are working with a facility near Centralia, Washington.. They are looking to add a Family Nurse Practitioner to their team. The area is great for a outdoor enthusiast. Anyone who enjoys the amenities of the Northwest will enjoy this area. The position details are as follows:
The position -
- 4 day work week
- 10 hour shifts
- Rotating provider for three rural clinics
- Working independently at stand alone clinics three days per week
- Working one day with the supervising Doc
- Small town primary care
- Scheduled appointments and walk ins
- Base salary of $87,000 - $91,000 DOE
- Additional $16,000 in bonuses
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- Retirement w/3%match
- Relocation up to $5,000
- CME time and allowance
- Licensure fees
