Family NP: temp to perm Mon to Fri Must have 2 years exp 68 bed Hospital Provide Urgent and Preventive care to patietnts Will be seeing both children and adults Sports and Work physical exams Disease management Health Risk Screening programs Triage patients who are injured or sick beyond capability to the clinic Discussing patient care with patient Provide outstanding customer service to patients and parents Must have great teamwork and professionalism Passionate about rural healthcare Perm salary is $85-$120k Relocation assistance $1k-$5k
