Job Description
Excellent opportunity to partner with an excellent team of Critical Care physicians as they care for medical and surgical patients admitted to the intensive care units. In this role, you will work the majority of time providing longitudinal coordination of inpatient care including discharge planning, palliative and preventive care, wound care, and quality improvement. This is a full-time, salaried, benefited position. Schedule is variable with some on-call responsibilities.
