- Schedule: Thursday – Saturday, 8:00AM – 7:00PM
- Patient Volume: 4-5 Patients / Hour
- Patient Ages: All Ages
- IP/OP: 100% Outpatient
- Call: No Call
- Support Staff: 2 Physicians
- Responsibilities (ICU, Vents, OB, etc): General Outpatient Primary Care responsibilities
- Charting/Dictation: Meditech (Locum Providers may use paper charting should they choose)
- BC/BE Requirement: Both Board Certified and Board Eligible Providers will be eligible for this position
- Privileges Required? (turnaround): 4 - 10 Days
- Any Limitations for Travel/Lodging? Parallon Locums will provide Travel & Lodging for this assignment
- DEA / CSR Requirements: Active State License and DEA/CSR are Required
- Certification Requirements (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, etc.) N/A
