JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner will:
Support physicians and perform tasks traditionally performed by physicians
Perform physical, mental status, and medical history examinations
Make records of findings prior to being reviewed and countersigned by the supervising physicians
Order and interpret laboratory studies and examinations to determine treatment
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a primary care specialty and/or occupational medicine
