* Growing group practice focused on Physical Medicine and Pain Management
* IN location - Approximately 1.5 hours SE of Chicago
* Patient evaluations, prescribing medications, performing therapy and possibly the EDS component of nerve testing
* Assist with in-office procedures as needed
