Hood River, Oregon – Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our growing Palliative Medicine program. This full-time (0.8 FTE) position will work closely with members of a multidisciplinary care team including a medical director, social workers, a case manager and a chaplain. Our community based program includes both outpatient clinic work and in-home visits. Oncology or Geriatric training and/or experience preferred, though we are willing to consider and train a new graduate. Excellent compensation and benefits package.
