Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - (PNP) Locum Tenens
Pediatric nurse practitioner provider needed ASAP and ongoing in central CA. Standard outpatient only clinic. Please contact Staff Care for more information.

The role of the pediatric nurse practitioner (PNP)(locum tenens) is to provide advanced care to patients ranging from infancy to the age of 21. Typically requiring a Master’s degree in nursing science and the completion of a formal educational program based on pediatric healthcare, PNPs serve children and families in a variety of settings that includes clinics, hospitals, surgical centers, specialty clinics, and pediatric offices. Types of care required by pediatric nurse practitioners include diagnosis and treatment of common childhood illnesses, health maintenance care, routine developmental screenings, childhood immunizations, and school physical exams.
