Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner needed in the southeastern part of Michigan for an immediate and ongoing part time need, three days a week. The schedule is flexible, no weekends, or night call coverage. This provider will see all ages, perform evaluations, consults and medication management. A psychiatric nurse practitioner(locum tenens) provides therapeutic and psychiatric services to patients in need. These practitioners may work in a wide range of sectors, including as social workers, pastors, or addiction counselors. Mental health practitioners diagnose and assess their patients' needs and work to create effective plans for rehabilitation, conducting therapy sessions, prescribing medicine, and making referrals as necessary.
