Job Description

We are working with an organization seeking a Psyciatric Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner and/or a new grad Nurse Practitioner with experience/interest in a Psychiatric/Behavioral health position. You would be working with an underserved patient population and the best candidate will ideally have a passion for this patient base. You would join a top notch organization at their outpatient clinic with terrific administrators and providers. Additional details are below. -Working on the peninsula of MA
-Outpatient behavioral health/primary care setting
-4 10 hr shifts alternating flex schedule
-No Call
-Competitive salary $80 - $90k start and DOE+++
-Excellent organization, with a great team of providers and administrators who are very passionate
-Ideal candidate has a a passion for behavioral health and or a background in it
-Seeing approximately 15 - 20 patients per day
-Underserved patient population/homeless
-Patient population is very complex and broad spectrum of cases
-Working with other NP/PA's, Psyciatrists and Physicians
-Full and comprehensive benefits package

-Payment of societal and membership dies, license, DEA
-12 holidays, 2 personal days 4 weeks vacation, goes to 5 weeks after 5 years, 6 weeks after 10 years
