Beautiful desert sky and big city excitement, Phoenix has a lot of offer its visitors. This community mental health facility with multiple clinics around the Phoenix, AZ area is looking for psychiatric nurse practitioner on an ongoing basis. This is a state of the art facility that is current expanding their services, and is interested in bring in new mental health provider to help their growing mental health population of patient. The facility is open to full and part time availability, with an average patient load of 15 patients per day. The psychiatric nurse practitioner will be assisted by nurses, therapist, and social workers. Client is interested in candidate with community mental health facility to develop an ongoing relationship for future assignments as well as their current needs. A psychiatric nurse practitioner(locum tenens) provides therapeutic and psychiatric services to patients in need. These practitioners may work in a wide range of sectors, including as social workers, pastors, or addiction counselors. Mental health practitioners diagnose and assess their patients' needs and work to create effective plans for rehabilitation, conducting therapy sessions, prescribing medicine, and making referrals as necessary.

Required Qualifications
All candidates must be licensed in the state of Arizona, be willing to credential with Magellan or Mercy, and have an AHCCCS number.

Preferred Qualifications
Any experience with Claim Track or experience with electronic medical records is a huge plus.

Glendale, AZ is part of Maricopa County and home of Super Bowl 2015. Just nine miles northwest of downtown Phoenix, Glendale is also the headquarters for the renowned Thunderbird International School of Business.
