TEMP TO HIRE PA / NP for a crisis, stabilization, psych locked down unit ASAP $50-$55 per hour Hours 8:00 – 5:00 outpatient only Openings, both due to resignation Adults patients only Psych experience preferred, will train if necessary Heavy support team includes doctors, counselors, etc Local providers due to temp to hire, will not want to pay travel, lodge, rental Patients mix: Schizophrenia, Mood disorder, substance use and developmental disability. Will have full support by psychiatrist who will provide supervision and consultation when needed. Purely med management. Candidate will refer patients for counseling and groups which include substance abuse and anger management. 16-18 patients a day. New patient 40 minutes, established patient 20 minutes. Qualifacts EMR system. Evaluations of new patients and med checks for established patients.
