Surgical Nurse Practitioner - (SNP) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

Facility in San Francisco Bay area looking for a Trauma Nurse Practitioner to provide locum tenens inpatient coverage for two (2) weeks in the summer. Please contact Staff Care for more information.

A surgical nurse practitioner (locum tenens) provides care and treatment of patients within a surgery department setting and partners with surgeons to manage general surgery patients. They provide evaluation, order diagnostic testing, prescribe medication, and consult with patients. A surgical nurse practitioner supports patients who are in pre-operative settings through post-operative settings.

Required Qualifications
Board Certified with Trauma experience. Prescriptive authority required.
