Certified Nurse Practitioner needed in a Northern New Jersey outpatient clinic for a Aug start. This job opportunity offers a flexible schedule and the provider will need to be well-versed in a Primary Care setting.

A primary care nurse practitioner (locum tenens) diagnoses and treat patients, order diagnostics, conduct physical exams, interpret x-rays and other tests, and also educate patients on maintaining proper health. In addition to a nursing license, a primary care nurse practitioner holds a certification as a nurse practitioner, and typically a master's degree. A primary care nurse practitioner works with physicians on duty to help evaluate and treat patients.

Required Qualifications
NJ licensed Nurse Practitioner needed - August 13 - 15 Varied Shifts client flexible. Locum must be a Certified Midlevel and have an active DEA. 4 patients per hour, 100% adult patients seen and 100% scheduled. Support Staff: MA, and office manager. Typical Cases seen: sick & well visits, diabetes, workman's comp, physicals, some pain management.
