Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - (NP-Primary Care) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

Medical clinic serving the South Georgia and North Florida areas for over 15 years in need of a Nurse Practitioner to cover 3 shifts June 12, 13 & 14, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Facility offers high-quality, affordable medical care for patients with and without insurance. The providers treat work related injuries, urgent medical problems and long term management of chronic medical conditions. No appointment is necessary; you may walk in any time during business hours. Our line of occupational health services also includes pre-employment physicals for companies of all types, drug screenings, immunizations, workers' compensation care and OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) medical screening and surveillance. A primary care nurse practitioner (locum tenens) diagnoses and treat patients, order diagnostics, conduct physical exams, interpret x-rays and other tests, and also educate patients on maintaining proper health. In addition to a nursing license, a primary care nurse practitioner holds a certification as a nurse practitioner, and typically a master's degree. A primary care nurse practitioner works with physicians on duty to help evaluate and treat patients.

Required Qualifications
A Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required.
