Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - (NP-Primary Care) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

Spanish speaking Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner needed to provide coverage in Washington, DC clinic. Coverage is needed from April 1st through May 30th. This is an outpatient setting and the schedule is 8:00-5:00 for 3-5 days per week. EMR experience is preferred, the site is using eClinicalWorks. A primary care nurse practitioner (locum tenens) diagnoses and treat patients, order diagnostics, conduct physical exams, interpret x-rays and other tests, and also educate patients on maintaining proper health. In addition to a nursing license, a primary care nurse practitioner holds a certification as a nurse practitioner, and typically a master's degree. A primary care nurse practitioner works with physicians on duty to help evaluate and treat patients.
