Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - (NP-Primary Care) Locum Tenens

Outpatient facility needs a locum tenens Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Houston, TX. The covering provider will be covering a practice that sees ages 18 and up. The locum tenens provider needs to be comfortable seeing 25-30 patients per day. Please call Staff Care today for more information!

A primary care nurse practitioner (locum tenens) diagnoses and treat patients, order diagnostics, conduct physical exams, interpret x-rays and other tests, and also educate patients on maintaining proper health. In addition to a nursing license, a primary care nurse practitioner holds a certification as a nurse practitioner, and typically a master's degree. A primary care nurse practitioner works with physicians on duty to help evaluate and treat patients.
