Job Description

We are working with a facility not far from Effingham, IL. They are looking to add a Family Nurse Practitioner to a urgent care clinic. It is a great area for hunting, fishing and other outdoor recreation. The community has a great school system and is a excellent place to raise a family. The position details are as follows:

The Position -

- Urgent Care Clinic
- Working solo
- Clinic open Monday - Friday
- 8am - 5pm
- 4 day work week
- Approximately 20 patients per day
- Salary of $85,000 - $95,000 DOE
- Full Benefit package
- 401k
- Possible relocation
