Job Details:

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor is responsible and accountable for organizing and directing all aspects of nursing services. Works collaboratively with the Unit Director in supporting clinic operations and patient throughput. Serves as a positive role model and sets the tone for nursing's reputation and performance. Provides leadership and management in the areas of customer satisfaction, provision of safe & effective care, finance, human resources, communication, patient advocacy, performance improvement, and leadership & professional development .


QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing Required
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years of leadership experience, preferred
