Our client is a vibrant community hospital located west of Boston. This facility is seeking a full time Clinical Team Supervisor/Hospice Manager.
The candidate reports to the Executive Director; responsible for the Program; partner with the full time physician; financial and supervisory responsibilities.
The candidate must have hospice experience; MS - Nurse management preferred; nurse practitioner with managerial experience; candidate needs to have a very strong personality, calm demeanor, will need to guide and hold staff accountable, needs to know the program and rules and regulations.
