This includes the assessment of patients; establishment and implementation of the nursing care plan; and evaluation of clinical outcomes within an inpatient environment. Consistently makes sound clinical decisions and demonstrates the ability to care for patients with complex problems. Monitors the patient?s medication needs and response to treatment. Adjusts medication as appropriate within scope of practice and utilizing protocols established by the physician.
