Home Health Nurse - Hospice - (HH RN)

The home health nurse provides care in the patient’s place of residence with a variety of responsibilities that includes wound care, medication, patient assessment, and disease treatment and prevention education. Home health hospice nurses provide outpatient, in-home services that meet the needs of the terminally ill patient, with emphasis on keeping patient comfortable rather than treatment with the goal of curing.
Required Qualifications
MI License
2 yrs experience Home Health and Hospice
Certification requirements: BLS/CPR,ACLS
State License: MI
