The Details
Manage patient portal requests for the Health and Wellness Centers
Communicate with patients in a welcoming manner showing respect and while demonstrating skillful clinical knowledge within scope of licensure
Process tasks from the portal such as prescription renewals, general messages, referral requests, provider consultations, appointment requests, demographic updates, insurance updates, pharmacy updates
Assist with the Travel Health program as needed. Key activities include:
Scheduling travelers for travel health consultations/vaccinations,
prepare Travax reporting,
Effectively communicating with Concentra Travel Health Centers and appointment reminder calls to travelers.
