- We are seeking a qualified RN to work in the Labor and Delivery unit! L&D Nurses offer the skills needed to provide quality care to the Labor & Delivery patient, working as part of the healthcare team, collaborating with physicians and other nurses to assess mother and baby during the perinatal period to develop a specific care plan. L&D RNs have the ability to perform all nursing duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act while adhering to all facility policies and procedures. L&D nurses provide effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other healthcare professionals for all Labor & Delivery patients. Seeking experienced and self-motivated Obstetrical RN needed to join our team! Obstetrical RNs must work well with women, enjoy babies, and cope with patients' families during high-pressure situations that may occur during the delivery of a child. The nurses must be responsive to both the patient and the doctor while keeping track of the unborn baby's welfare, and must be able to handle the unexpected, including life-threatening emergencies such as pre-eclampsia, hemorrhage and preterm delivery. OB RNs provide effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other healthcare professionals for all OB patients.
