(Archived) Worksite - Fitness Specialist - PRN

JOB SUMMARY:

The fitness specialist evaluates participant fitness needs and suggests appropriate exercise programs or support for meeting those needs; demonstrates proper exercise techniques including providing personal instruction as needed.

Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by putting all customers (internal and external) first and displaying:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to plan, market and implement effective wellness/fitness programs, services and activities is a must as well as properly assess the fitness needs of program participants.
• Schedules and conducts individual and group exercise training and related educational sessions.
• Involved in participant engagement, equipment maintenance, and development and delivery of quality programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
