Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - (CRNA) Locum Tenens
Excellent opportunity in northern Kentucky near Cincinnati, OH! Our client needs a CRNA to do bread and butter cases to include general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, etc. There is no OB! The schedule is 8a-4p Monday through Friday.
A certified registered nurse anesthetist (locum tenens) administers anesthesia in surgeries as required by, or in the absence of, an anesthesiologist physician. A CRNA will look at patient history in a preoperative setting in order to determine an optimal course of action, choosing the techniques and drugs that best suit the patient's unique physiology and medical history. During surgery, it is the CRNAs job to administer anesthesia and manage the patient's reactions accordingly.
