Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - (CRNA) Locum Tenens
We're currently searching for an CRNA to provide coverage in New Jersey!
Dates: ASAP for 6 Months!
The assignment will be at a medium-sized hospital, Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm. 85% supervision of CRNA's, 15% of doing own cases. General surgery, no OB, no open hearts, no neurology, no pediatrics. Some weeknight & weekend call, call rotation is 1:9.
A certified registered nurse anesthetist (locum tenens) administers anesthesia in surgeries as required by, or in the absence of, an anesthesiologist physician. A CRNA will look at patient history in a preoperative setting in order to determine an optimal course of action, choosing the techniques and drugs that best suit the patient's unique physiology and medical history. During surgery, it is the CRNAs job to administer anesthesia and manage the patient's reactions accordingly.
