Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - (CRNA) Locum Tenens
We're currently searching for a CRNA for sporadic vacation coverage in New Mexico!
Dates: weeks ranging from January - March
Cases: general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, GI, OB/GYN, urology
CRNA will work independently
Day shifts plus pager call rotation
A certified registered nurse anesthetist (locum tenens) administers anesthesia in surgeries as required by, or in the absence of, an anesthesiologist physician. A CRNA will look at patient history in a preoperative setting in order to determine an optimal course of action, choosing the techniques and drugs that best suit the patient's unique physiology and medical history. During surgery, it is the CRNAs job to administer anesthesia and manage the patient's reactions accordingly.
