Job Description

Registered Nurse Resource, Assisted Living Facilities, Boise and Twin Falls, Idaho

Who You Are:
You’re a talented Assisted Living Clinical Director (or Consultant or Wellness Director) who is passionate about improving overall clinical outcomes through mentoring, training, and supporting Wellness Directors and their clinical teams to become successful. Throughout your career you’ve sought opportunities to combine your knowledge and love of long-term care nursing with an extraordinary organization that will value your hard work and high standards of quality. You’re humble enough to talk about your past failures with confidence and openly share your lessons learned. You don’t feel a need to be in the spotlight, rather you find fulfillment in getting the job done well.

Who We Are
Bridgestone Senior Living is a disruptive healthcare innovator, providing supportive services to operational leaders of Assisted Living Facilities. It was founded in 1999 under the assumption that healthcare truly is a local business. The entire business model is built around this idea, where local facility leaders are empowered to partner with their Administrator and co-lead their own operation through a culture of accountability. Bridgestone Senior Living doesn’t have a “Corporate Office Model” dictating how operations should run – instead we have an innovative Cluster Model, whereby local Administrators and Wellness Directors work side by side with field resources to achieve excellent clinical outcomes. Clusters determine their own priorities and initiatives instead of following priorities from a corporate center. Bridgestone Senior Living is unyielding in our quest to dignify post-acute care in the eyes of the world. We’re also fanatical about living our CAPLICO Core Values:

Celebration
Accountability
Passion for Learning
Love One Another
Intelligent Risk Taking
Customer Second, (Employee First)
Ownership

If these core values resonate deeply with your own moral compass and you meet the requirements below, then you should apply.

Clinical Resources are expected to be excellent leaders, able to influence local leaders to create extraordinary clinical, financial, compliance and cultural results within their operations.

•Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license in the state of practice.
