Company History
Maureen Mackey is the Founder and President of Mackey Staffing & Co. LLC and was a Co-Founder and Partner at Mackey & Guasco Staffing (MGS), founded in 2002. She has been a leader in the Staffing Industry for over 33 years specializing in the areas of Human Resources, Office Administration, Marketing and Accounting. Prior to launching MGS, Maureen was a Co-Founder and Partner at Impact Personnel in Norwalk, CT. Over the years, Maureen has held a number of Board positions for the Southern Connecticut Chapter of The Society of Human Resources Management (SOCT SHRM) including President for two terms. Additionally, Maureen served on The Advisory Board of Allcountyjobs.com and is a member of The CEO Roundtable. She has also served on the Board of Directors as Vice President of Programs with the National Human Resources Association (NHRA) and has been affiliated with both The Connecticut Association of Personnel Services (CAPS) and the American Staffing Association (ASA) over the course of her career. Maureen earned her BA from Pace University.
