Job Description
- Start Date
- Needing Per Diem coverage every month
- Current needs are September 2, 5,11,13,19,25
- Schedule
- Hours are 8:15am-8pmand 9am-6pm on weekends
- Clinical Details
- Volume:40+ patients per 12 hour shift
- Traditional urgent care setting---DOT physicals, suturing, etc.
- Will be seeing all ages
- Requirements
- Must have ACLS
- Prefer DOT certification
- Support Staff
- Will be sole provider with full support staff
