• Assessment: Conduct comprehensive, timely, and ongoing focused physical, psycho-social and pain assessments; includes assessment of patient education needs.
• Planning: Utilizes the assessment, identifies problems, makes nursing diagnoses and formulates goals, teaching plans and outcomes to create an individualized plan of care.
• Evaluation/Reassessment: Consistently conducts timely evaluation, anticipates and recognizes changes in patient conditions, determines when reassessments are needed and adjusts the plan of care accordingly. Compares expected and achieves outcomes of nursing care utilizing the plan of care.
• Communicates effectively with peers, supervisors, ancillary department, and other customers.

Qualifications and Education for the ER RN:

• Graduate from an accredited diploma, associates, or bachelor s degree nursing program.
• RN license to practice
• BLS/ACLS/PALS healthcare provider.
• 2 years RN experience.

$50/HR and OT AFTER 40/HRS AT $75/hr

$672/week housing tax free stipend

$357/week transportation tax free stipend

$100/week meals and incidentals

$700 for a one time travel stipend tax free

Completion bonus of $3500.00

8 weeks 2nd OPTION

All the same as above---except the completion bonus is $2500.00

6 weeks 3rd OPTION

All the same as above----except the completion bonus is $1500.00
