About the Position:

Qualifications:
- Must be Board Certified
- Reports to Rad Oncology Manager
Facility Information:
- Annual patient volume numbers: treated 414 patients in 2018
- Test volume numbers by treatment type, >50% IMRT, SRS, SBRT, HDR (Gyn Only)
- HOSPITAL EPIC EMR
- MOSAIQ RO TREATMENT EMR- converting to ARIA in 2020
- *Completely paperless and filmless
- Siemens SomaTom CT SImulator- 2015
- Varian TrueBeam w/ CBCT & VMAT & The Edge SRS Package- includes Vison RT- 2015
- Varian Trilogy w/ CBCT & VMAT- 2015
- Elekta-Nucletron HDR with Oncentra
- Varian Eclipse- (6) Workstations, v15.6
