We are currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathology Assistant to work 64 weekly units (unit= 30mins) at our client's facility in St. Joseph, MO.

To be considered for this opportunity, one year of clinical experience is preferred, new grads will be considered.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-SLP-A must be registered as a speech-language pathology assistant by the Missouri Board of Healing Arts
-Speech Language Pathology Assistant needs to be either a Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in the area of speech-language pathology as approved by the Council on Academic Accreditation of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
OR
Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate degree as a speech-language pathology assistant in a program approved by the Council on Academic Accreditation of the American Speech-language Hearing Association; and two years of post-associate degree experience under the supervision of a licensed speech language pathologist in the evaluation and/or treatment of speech, voice and language disorders. (Additional undergraduate work in the area of speech language pathology will substitute on a year–for-year basis for the required experience.)
-Speech Language Pathologist are required have a current CPR from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
-TB clearance
-Pass background and drug screen
