Position: Medical Assistant
Location: Mt. Sterling, OH
Shift: Mon 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Tues 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Thurs 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Start: Immediately
Job Description
- Meet Patients
- Check Vitals
- Patient Triage
- Assistn with patient care set up
- Enter Medical Information into an Electronic Medical Record
- Schedules Appointments, answer phones
- Maintains Clinic Supplies
- Provides Information and Assistant to Patients
- Assist Medical Staff during Patient Evaluations as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Must have 2 years of medical front office experience
- Must have CPR on file
- 1-3 years’ experience in a medical office environment
- Must be proficient in the use of an electronic medical record; experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus
- Associate’s degree in healthcare or a related field preferred
