A Registered Nurse at CRHM, INC. will plan, direct and provide professional nursing care using the team approach and at all times promotes fulfillment of Cross Road Medical Center’s mission statement.
A Registered Nurse will delegate aspects of patient care consistent with team member’s level of preparation.
A Registered Nurse will work with patients, providers, families and other health care professionals to ensure coordinated planning focusing on continuity of care.
A Registered Nurse will serve as the point contact for patient information.
This position will provide care to patients over the phone, coordinates emergency medical services and provides care to patients in urgent care, x-ray department, observation unit and clinic; and supervises coverage in these positions as needed.
